Refund policy
At mygarminbands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions below in accordance with French law.
Return Period
You have a period of 14 days after receiving your parcel to request a return via our returns portal, which can be accessed at the following address: Returns Portal. After this 14-day period, the portal will no longer be accessible for your order and returns will no longer be possible.
If the product received is faulty, non-compliant or incomplete, you have 6 days to report the problem and initiate your return request. After this period, we may consider that the defect is related to misuse of the product and we will not be able to cover the return costs.
Return Procedure
Once you have submitted your return request via our portal, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours regarding the acceptance or rejection of your return. If accepted, we will send you the necessary instructions to return the product.
Return Costs:
If the error is ours (wrong item/colour, defective product):
You don’t need to send the product back. We’ll offer a free exchange or a full refund. Please provide photo or video evidence so we can process this quickly.
If you prefer a refund:
A small restocking fee applies only to refunds (not to exchanges).

Canada: Customer arranges the return with any carrier. A CA$2.50 restocking fee is deducted from refunds.

Condition of returned products
We ask that you return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or without packaging, additional charges may apply, and the exchange or refund may be refused.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period and no later than 30 days, using the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you exchange your products for a product that is more expensive or less expensive, you will be refunded the difference or will have to pay the difference if the product is more expensive.
